This site collects as little as it can. Below is exactly what, why, and what you can do about it.

01

Who is responsible for your data

The controller of your personal data is Fabian Durkiewicz, a natural person running this site under the name F&J Studio.

For anything concerning personal data, write to fjstudiobuisness@gmail.com.

02

What we collect

From the contact form: your name, email address and the message itself. Giving them is voluntary, but without an email address we have no way to reply.

From analytics, only after you consent: approximate location, device and browser type, which sections of the site you viewed, and where you arrived from. None of it is linked to your name or email address.

Our hosting provider records technical server logs, including IP addresses. This is necessary for the site to work and stay secure.

03

Why, and on what legal basis

Messages from the form are processed so that we can answer your enquiry and potentially enter into a contract. Basis: Article 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR.

Analytics runs solely on the basis of your consent. Basis: Article 6(1)(a) GDPR.

04

Cookies

Before you consent, the site stores no cookies at all and makes no connection to Google.

After you accept, Google Analytics stores cookies whose names begin with _ga, kept for up to two years. They are used to tell repeat visits by the same person apart.

Your decision is kept in your browser's local storage, not in a cookie. It never reaches our server.

You can withdraw consent at any time through the “Cookie settings” link in the footer. Withdrawing deletes the analytics cookies already stored.

05

Who receives the data

Vercel Inc. — hosting and delivery of the site.

Google Ireland Limited — Google Analytics, only after you consent.

Google Ireland Limited — the mailbox that receives messages from the form.

We do not sell data and we do not pass it to anyone for marketing purposes.

06

How long we keep it

Correspondence is kept for up to 24 months after the last contact, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.

Analytics data is deleted according to the Google Analytics retention setting, 14 months by default.

07

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, to correct it, to have it erased, to restrict processing, to object, and to data portability.

You may withdraw consent for analytics at any time. This does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.

If you believe we are processing data unlawfully, you may lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office in Poland.

To exercise any of these rights, write to fjstudiobuisness@gmail.com.
